Beijing Review North America Bureau (New York)
Founded in New York in 2005, the North America Bureau is the first overseas branch ofBEIJING REVIEW Magazine, with an aim to better serve the needs of the continent for news and information on China, the world's second largest economy and a nation with growing significance on the world stage. The North American office provides the editorial board at our Beijing headquarters with reader-driven story ideas, and does on-site reporting and interviews on major news events to produce stories from a uniquely Chinese perspective. Its other major functions include building ties with local readers through surveys and promotional activities and distributing the magazine in the eastern United States.
